Due to the nature of most of our products and the associated shipping costs, items that have been used; such as molds, scrapers, or botanicals, are not eligible for returns.
Refunds are only eligible up to 30 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking for the order. Refunds will only be issued in the event that the product(s) are damaged, defective or otherwise not functioning as intended, with photos provided to show the aforementioned damages or defects.
Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis based on circumstances surrounding the order in question.
Once a refund has been issued, an email will be sent out automatically to the email that is on the order for notification, detailing the amount of the refund.
